For hotels and establishments with frequently changing users, such as rehab clinics, youth hostels, etc., flexible access authorization is required for brief periods, which need to be issued, where possible, immediately at a central place of issue.

The easyHotel system is designed for use in hotels, rehab clinics, youth hostels and all facilities with frequently changing guests. 
Access authorization is written on the user card directly at reception, reprogramming at the door is not required.
Through flexible issue of the authorization, with a start and expiry date, an ID card that has been lost or taken away by a guest is no longer a problem. 
After expiry of the letting relationship, the ID card is void, consequently also ideal for the letting of holiday apartments simply from home.

- 1,500 cylinders per system­
- Event memory in the cylinder with date/time
- Continuous activation of cylinders, fittings and readers possible, manually and time controlled­
- Programming the IDs with coding station at reception
